The Race Is Back On In 3, 2, 1, Go!

Basically, stuff I want from Forever 21. Because I'm too busy/lazy to do anything else....

I've been wanting a sheer floral blouse with a black background for a while, and this one is perfect because it's even cheaper than the other ones I've seen at F21: it's only $16.

This shirtdress is basically cool. And I want it. And it's $20.

Stripes! On a blazers! How original! But still! Need!

I need black shorts. I need high-waisted shorts. So, these are ideal.

Remind you of anything? But still, me gusta.

I still want both these dresses!

I really want gladiators. I just don't know about going the $20 route.

That was a long list. Oh, and Forever 21 has jumped on the organic bandwagon! Good for them, I guess....

And I'm babysitting for my brother right now. He's watching "Speed Racer: The Next Generation" (it looks pretty bad) in the background, hence the title.

Diaper Pants? I Think Not....

Another item I purchased* on my Boston trip was a pair of paper bag waisted harem-ish pants from H&M. They are basically the awesomeness.

10,000 BPM (Urban Outfitters) mens t-shirt. H&M pants. Converse sneakers.

This is completely dressing them down, but I probably could dress them up as well....

*Well technically Eunice and I share them, as we split the $50 price tag.

The Return Of The Daily Outfit Post

One of the things I got on my shopping trip was (drum roll please)... a pair of jodhpurs! I have been dying for a pair since that infamous Balenciaga collection, and finally, in Second Time Around Vintage, salvation, in the form of Topshop jodhpurs, new with tags! Of course, they're a British size 10, which is an American 6/8, so they're rather large on me, but that just makes them all the more slouchy and cool! And they were only $20... there was a 0% chance of not buying them. Eunice and Victoria were witness to my "Oh my gawd, these are the love of my life!" exclamations, and were probably for the umpteenth time embarrassed to be shopping with me. But yeah. I'm just cool like that. Cool like these jodhpurs!

I also got an AA heather gray v-neck which is proving to be completely ubiquitous (three other people were spotted wearing it while I was on Newbury St.), but it's amazing anyway. I tried on the AA swimsuit I liked, and though it looked fabulous it was completely flattening cough cough. The high-waisted Victoria's Secret was purchased online instead, though the price had increased by $8 and with shipping included added up to $70. And money ain't exactly flowing freely these days. But yeah.

American Apparel v-neck t-shirt. Topshop jodhpurs. Thrifted heels.

Looking back, they're not the most exaggerated jodhpurs, but they're lovely nonetheless.

P.S. I just updated my links. If you want to be added, just comment!

The Trip

Yay my life.

...Chiofrios! Lolololololol!

Posers.

On Friday night, I had a sleepover with my biffle Victoria, which naturally included a fashion shoot. We combined our wardrobe and snapped away! The photos ended up accentuating the fact that Victoria is extremely photogenic while I tend to look like a stoner, but life.

American Apparel shirt (Victoria's). Gap skinnies. Forever 21 glasses. Steve Madden oxfords.

Forever 21 blouse and jeans (Victoria's). American Apparel dress (worn as top). Old Navy wedges

American Apparel dress (worn as top). J. Crew vest. Tripp NYC skinnies.

Urban Behavior cardigan. Hollister skirt. Target tights.
^We love this picture!

American Apparel top (Victoria's). H&M skirt (Victoria's).
My camera basically fails at motion shots.

She looks like me when she's wearing my clothes and you can't see her face.

American Apparel v-neck. Cheap Monday skinnies. Minnetonka moccasin boots.

Forever 21 dress and necklace. Old Navy wedges. Urban Outfitters sunglasses.

Dress sewn by me. Urban Outfitters sunglasses.
I think I look like a bit of a douchebag in those last few, while Victoria is well on her way to becoming a 5'4" fashion model. But anyway I went shopping with Tori and Eunice yesterday on Newbury St., and we got some pretty good clothes!
